House Rules
Please read our house rules attentively.
1. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $250 fine for each occurrence in order to pay to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
2. Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
3. Commercial photography/videography without written consent, illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms is strictly prohibited.
4. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
5. Pets are allowed (on request) for a $25/day pet fee. This covers our cleaning costs. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
6. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Our buildings operate video surveillance in public and common areas, such as hallways, and the lobby.
8. Noise and smoking detecting technology are used inside the suites to monitor excessive noise levels and violations of our non-smoking policy. Tampering with any of these devices is a direct violation of our house rules.
9. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service.
10. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
11. Security deposit of $250 may be requested after booking to certain special requests.
12. Tampering with cameras and WiFi results in immediate eviction of the listing with no refund.
